This document establishes the General Conditions of Use and the General Conditions of Online Sales of the Piccolo Baby & Kids® website. Browsing the website and/or purchasing any product through it implies acceptance of these General Conditions.

1.1 Ownership of the Online Store

The domain and online store available at www.piccolo.pt (hereinafter referred to as “online store” or “website”) is owned by Ana Lúcia Ramos Pereira with headquarters in Praceta Moinho da Boba 6 5D 2700-590 Amadora, with NIF 222666960 and holder of the Piccolo Baby & Kids® brand.

1.2 Scope of application

These General Conditions regulate the visit/browsing and purchase and sale operations carried out in the online store, between any natural person who uses it for a purely personal purpose, as a final consumer, with no intention of reselling the items purchased there, and the Piccolo Baby & Kids® as responsible for marketing its products through this online store.

The User undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of applicable legislation, refraining from using the page for activities contrary to the law, morals and good customs, or rights and interests of third parties.

All brands, distinctive signs, images, texts, photographs and any other works reproduced or represented in the online store are considered intellectual property of Piccolo Baby & Kids®, and as such, protected by the rules of Industrial Property Law, Therefore, any reproduction or total or partial representation of the same website or any elements present therein is prohibited.


1.3 Changes to these Conditions

Piccolo Baby & Kids® reserves the right to freely modify the General Conditions at any time, in order to adapt them to applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice.

We also reserve the right to modify unilaterally and at any time, without prior notice, the presentation and content of the website regarding products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services. These modifications will serve to improve the website, simultaneously improving the services offered to the User.

Despite all the attention given when preparing the website's contents, the information, texts, graphic documents and/or other services may contain errors or be incomplete. In these situations, Piccolo Baby & Kids® cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the website, including damages caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or imperfection of the information.

1.4 Commercial Policy

The sale underlying each order placed by the Customer is made subject to retention of title, meaning that the products are the property of Piccolo Baby & Kids® until effective and full payment of the amount due.

1.5 Product Information

Piccolo Baby & Kids® is a brand specializing in children's fashion for babies and children from 0 months to 12 years of age, as well as accessories and childcare products, essentials and decorative items for babies.

Some of our parts and products can be customized by our customers. They are made manually by us in slow fashion, that is, as pieces are handcrafted, they can sometimes take a little longer to produce.

Certain childcare products and decorative items may contain differences between them, making the product more authentic, unique and special.

Our photographs show the parts and details of each one as realistic as possible, however sometimes the colors may be displayed in a different color on your monitor and we are not responsible for this difference in colors.

The sending of samples of some fabrics to personalize the pieces can be requested via email, upon payment of the respective shipping costs.

Therefore, we recommend that the Customer carefully and in detail consult the product and its characteristics, in order to be sure of them at the time of purchase.

1.6 Price information

The retail prices indicated in the online store are presented in euros (€), pounds (£), dollars ($), brasilian real ($) and australian dollars ($) depending on the choice the customer chooses and which country they are in and are subject to Value Added Tax ( VAT) at the legal rate in force. Unless otherwise stated, advertised prices include VAT.

The costs of the shipping service are borne by Piccolo Baby & Kids® from an amount equal to or greater than €200 for purchases and delivery in Mainland Portugal (Nacex) and Islands (registered CTT).

For any purchase with an amount of less than €200 or with delivery to other territories, the shipping service costs are borne by the User/Buyer, and are added to the total value of the selected products. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming their order and completing the purchase process.

Piccolo Baby & Kids® reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, you undertake to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.

In the event of a computer, manual, technical error or error of any other origin, which causes a substantial change not foreseen by Piccolo Baby & Kids® in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled.

The price of the products is as stipulated on the Piccolo Baby & Kids® website. Although every effort is made to ensure that prices published on the website are correct, errors may occur.

If Piccolo Baby & Kids® detects an error in a price, the Customer will be informed and given the option of confirming their order with the correct price or canceling. If it is not possible to contact the Customer, Piccolo Baby & Kids® will consider the order as canceled and all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

Shipping fees are calculated per order, and the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.

1.7 Purchase Process

To place a purchase order, you must access www.piccolo.pt and follow the steps described below.


1.8 Registration

As an initial step, the User/Buyer must register as a customer on the website www.piccolo.pt, filling out the electronic form following the instructions for each step. After registration, the User will be able to purchase their product(s).

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary data is provided correctly and completely, as only in this way will Piccolo Baby & Kids® be able to guarantee acceptance of the order and subsequent delivery.


1.9 Order

While browsing the online store, the Customer will be able to view all available items and variants, being able to select those that best serve their purchasing purpose. You must insert the items you wish to purchase in the virtual shopping basket, and you can, whenever you wish, exclude any of the items previously inserted there, without prejudice to the ordering of other products. Once the selection process has been completed, you should review your order and check that it is in order and complete the process. You must then proceed with payment, thus confirming the order.

The fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to the availability of the products or the possibility of ordering the part you wish to purchase so that it can be produced if we do not have it in stock. Piccolo Baby & Kids® tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website can be purchased regardless of whether there is stock or not. However, Piccolo Baby & Kids® reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that no longer have fabric stock to be able to re-make them. In case of product unavailability and/or stock outage, or lack of raw material, Piccolo Baby & Kids® will immediately inform the Customer of the partial or total cancellation of their order, and the Customer has the right, if applicable, reimbursement of the respective amount paid.
